Workout 15 – Crazy Met Con Challenge

Ladder: 2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12.

Complete 2 of each exercise, then 4 of each, then 8 of each, and so on until you reach 12.

400 meter Run (or 1 min sprint on spot) + 40 Burpees

300 meter Run (or 45 sec sprint on spot) + 30 Burpees

200 meter Run (or 30 sec sprint on spot) + 20 Burpees

100 meter Run (or 15 sec sprint on spot) + 10 Burpees
