INGREDIENTS:
350g chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped purple onion
75g cup olives (optional)
75g cup peppers (optional)
Protein of choice (suggested: chicken)
Dressing of your choice

Combine all ingredients and toss in a bowl. Top with your protein of choice, and enjoy!
