Recipe 2: Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS:

170g ground turkey breast

3 tablespoons of plain organic yoghurt

2 teaspoons green onions minced

2 teaspoons of parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Black pepper & salt to taste

Method

Preheat grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients and form into patty/burger.

Grill until cooked through, 7-10 min per side. Serve with a side salad.
