INGREDIENTS:
200 grams of high-quality mince meat
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
1 Onion
1 Iceberg Lettuce
1 Tomato
1 Red Onion
1 Gherkin
Method
Dice half a small onion and get your hands dirty mixing the mince, onion and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll 2 – 3 balls and flatten into patties. Grill the patties until the burger is cooked to your preference (chicken and turkey should be cooked all the way through) and serve with sliced tomato, chopped red onion and gherkin in an iceberg lettuce bun.
