Workout 13 – Kettlebell & Dumbbell EMOM

3 Rounds of Each Then 3 Minutes Rest Between Sections

Section 1 Kettlebells:

  • 20 Goblet Squats
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Kettlebell Deadlifts

Section 2 Dumbbells:

  • 10 Reverse Fly
  • 10 Standing Shoulder Press
  • 10 Front Raises

Section 3 Bodyweight:

  • 20 Squat Jumps
  • 20 Plyometric Lunges
  • 10 Burpees
