Workout 9 - EMOM TIME

EMOM = Every Minute On The Minute

20 minutes on the clock, every minute you complete the reps from the exercise and use the rest of the minute as rest.

  1. Dumbbell Clean & Press x12
  2. Slamball Goblet Squat into Lunge x12
  3. Press Ups x12
  4. Devil Press x12
  5. REST

For example:

Minute 1 - Complete 12x clean & press then rest.

Minute 2 - Complete 12x goblet squat into lunges then rest.

Minute 3 - Complete 12x press ups then rest.

Minute 4 - Complete 12x devil press then rest.

Minute 5 - Have a full minutes rest.

Minute 6 - Back to 12x clean & press and so on.
