Recipe 29: Chicken Fajitas in an Iceberg Lettuce Wrap


200 Grams of Sliced Chicken

2 Peppers

1 Onion

Fajita Dry Flavour Mix (package from your supermarket is fine)


Slice the peppers and onion. Add some oil to a pan and cook fry the chicken, peppers and onions until cooked through. Add the flavour mix to the ingredients and mix well. Serve the chicken mix in an iceberg lettuce leaf with salsa and guacamole.
