Workout 10 – Pump It Up!

For time, complete the following:

  • 50-10 Scandic-X Cals
  • 10-2 Pull ups
  • 10-2 Landmine Squat Press
  • 10-2 Press Ups
  • 10-2 Lateral Squat Walk
  • 10-2 Reverse Cable Flies

Complete the 50 + all 10's first, then 40 + all 8's, then 30 + all 6's etc!
