Workout 25 – A Quickie!

Warm up for 5-10 minutes, then perform two or three sets of this circuit straight through (one to two minutes rest after each circuit).

30 seconds Mountain climbers

30 seconds Bicycle crunches

30 seconds Burpees

30 seconds Squats

30 seconds Jumping jacks

30 seconds Crunches

30 seconds Squat jumps

30 seconds High knees

30 seconds Press ups

30 seconds Russian twist

Finish with two minutes of Star jumps, then cool down.
