Workout 19 – FitLight Fun

Fitlight Fun!

If doing this one with a partner, one person is on the FitLights as the control and the other person doing the Strength exercise.

If doing this alone, Round 1 is 1 minute on Fitlights and each Strength exercise. Round 2 is 30 seconds on Fitlights and each Strength exercise.

Fitlights:

1 - Run & swipe light then return to start. Repeat for 1 min in Round 1 and 30 sec in Round 2.

2 - Run & swipe light then return to start. Repeat for 1 min in Round 1 and 30 sec in Round 2.

3 - Bear Crawl & swipe light then return to start. Repeat for 1 min in Round 1 and 30 sec in Round 2.

4 - Bear Crawl & swipe light then return to start. Repeat for 1 min in Round 1 and 30 sec in Round 2.

5 - Burpee & swipe light. Repeat for 1 min in Round 1 and 30 sec in Round 2.

6 - Burpee & swipe light. Repeat for 1 min in Round 1 and 30 sec in Round 2.

Strength Exercises:

1 - Deadstop Press Ups

2 - Kettlebell Sumo Squat

3 - Barbell Weighted Leg Drop

4 - Barbell Military Press

5 - Barbell Over Head Lunge Walk

6 - Crunches
