Workout 11 – Total Body

Complete as fast as possible!

Jog ½ mile (or 100 star jumps), then go straight into 3 rounds of each of the following:

100 Skips (with or without skipping rope)

30 Walking lunges (15 per side)

25 Sit-ups

20 Press ups

15 V-sit ups

10 Burpees

5 Mountain climbers (each side)

Once you have completed 3 rounds, complete one more 1/2 mile run (or 100 star jumps).
