Workout 34 – Feel the Burn!

Warm up for 5-10 minutes, then perform the following without pauses:

1 Press up, 1 Shoulder Press

2 Press up, 2 Shoulder Press

3 Press up, 3 Shoulder Press

Repeat up to 12 each.

Rest, then perform:

Set 1:

30 Jumping jacks

20 Squats

10 Crunches

Set 2:

30 Jumping jacks

20 Burpees

10 Squats jumps

Set 3:

30 Jumping jacks

20 Split Squats

10 Mountain climbers (5 each side)

Set 4:

30 Jumping jacks

20 Squat jumps

10 V-sit ups
