Mike is a 48-year-old from Perth who joined Zenith Fitness Training in October 2023 after spotting one of our posts on social media. What started as a few one-to-one sessions quickly turned into a full-on love for lifting.
The Challenge
Before working with us, Mike was new to the gym environment.
He wasn’t quite sure about technique or where to start, and lacked the confidence to train in larger group settings. Like many others, the idea of lifting weights felt a bit intimidating at first.
Why They Nearly Didn’t Start
Mike could have easily talked himself out of joining — unsure if gym life was for him or if he’d feel out of place.
