Our Small Group Training sessions may change throughout the year but all details of the changes will be updated on here.

Our Small Group Training is capped at 10 participants to ensure you still get that personal coaching.

Our Outdoor Training can have unlimited participants but we have a 1:20 instructor:participants ratio.

Classes focussing on movements & accessory work that compliment and support functional fitness (Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Conditioning to compliment each of these different disciplines)

Improving efficient movement in and out of the gym. Improving quality of life through better, more efficient, pain free movement. Safe guarding the body against injury. (Mobility, Stretching, Dynamic, Yoga, Improving your range of motion)

⚫️Functional Fit

All round day to day strength, endurance & fitness that supports your life. (Metcons - conditioning with use of weights, Endurance, Power, Volume, Supersets, Progression, Strength, Gymnastics, Suspension)
