A combination of skipping and body weight exercises to music. Aeroskip is an intense body workout that will make sure you leave with jelly legs!
A class working solo developing techniques from both boxing and kickboxing. Each class will see you working and resting for various periods of time as you strike the boxing bags using a mixture of punches, kicks and knees. Plus lots of core exercises to really strengthen your tummy muscles to help with posture. A great fun and interactive class that will challenge your whole body. You MUST bring your own boxing gloves to this class if within Unit 5.
Circuit training is a combination of exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.
A class which concentrates on your punching & kicking your way to your fitness goal. A fantastic stress relief with many cardio exercises thrown in to really get your heart pumping.
30 minute blast core workout, not only working on ab strength but also balance and coordination.
High intensity Interval Training, consisting of various exercises to ensure you receive a full body workout. In this 30 minute class you should expect to give 100% effort during the short burst of exercise followed by a short recovery period. You are guaranteed to leave this class feeling satisfied!
This class is a combination of body weight exercises working on strength, speed and plyometrics. You are sure to get a good sweat on and feel those muscles working in this class!
A form of weight training for all levels of fitness. Small group environment so each person gets the effects of one to one coaching. This class will help your technique whilst lifting to ensure safety whilst building muscle. Limited spaces available.
A class concentrating on use of the Olympic rings and body weight exercises to ensure you complete a full body workout.
