Hey, my name is Sophie and I'm really excited to be part of the team here at Zenith- after completing the PT course in the gym I didn't want to leave such a great group of people!
My interest for personal training stems from my own experience with a trainer who helped me build and grow phsyically- but even more so mentally which I think is really important. Going to the gym is something I really look forward to now and I would love to help people see this experience in the same way.
