I’m Callum and I’ve been making a difference in the fitness industry for over 10 years. My experience involves practicing and teaching Karate to people of all ages, as well as coaching 1 to 1 clients as a personal trainer and leading small group fitness sessions.
My mission is to help as many people as possible realise and reach their full potential. We improve physical and mental health which allows people to have greater quality of life. By setting small realistic goals over long periods we make positive large and permanent changes to people's lives.
