Who wouldn't want to train in the beautiful Cairngorms? We have many classes and activities planned to really push you to your limits! Then afterwards you have the luxurious lodge to spend time in. You have loads of relaxing options! Why not soak your sore muscles in the hot-tub? Or allow your pores to sweat out all the toxins in the sauna? There is also a spa where you can pamper yourself after a hard days training.

To make sure your week is as healthy as possible, we have included your breakfast and tea so no excuses for having anything bad!
