Indoor Training

We have a variety of options for training in our facility, from open gym to personal training. We have a team of coaches working the gym floor to assist you in our small group training, help you during open gym or depending on your membership option, put you through a semi-private or one to one personal training session.

Small Group Training (1-10)

We have 4 small group training styles to ensure every aspect of your fitness journey is catered for, these are:

⚫️Functional Core: Classes focussing on movements & accessory work that compliment and support functional fitness. (Core Strength, Conditioning, Stability)

⚫️Functional Fight: Classes focussing on movements & accessory work that compliment and support functional fitness (Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Conditioning to compliment each of these different disciplines)

⚫️Functional Flow: Improving efficient movement in and out of the gym. Improving quality of life through better, more efficient, pain free movement. Safe guarding the body against injury. (Mobility, Stretching, Dynamic, Yoga, Improving your range of motion)

⚫️Functional Fit: All round day to day strength, endurance & fitness that supports your life. (Metcons - conditioning with use of weights, Endurance, Power, Volume, Supersets, Progression, Strength, Gymnastics, Suspension)

We currently have each of these sessions spread throughout the week so you have plenty to choose from!
